Free HUD-Approved Home Buyer Education Class (December)

Are you  looking to learn more about what it takes to buy your home? Please join us, in-person at the Villager Mall on Park, for this FREE HUD Approved Homebuyer Education class on December 10th from 8am-3pm! Our first time home buying workshops go over everything you need to know about buying your first home including how to find the right home, down payments, and securing a mortgage! Lunch will be provided. 

Certificate of Completion provided upon completion of class AND one-on-one counseling session with Consumer Credit Counseling Services. Verify with your Down Payment Assistance/Closing Costs program to make sure that completing this course (class with one-on-one conseling) fulfills their requirements.
