Home Buyers Round Table of Dane County is offering our annual traning for lenders! We'll make you aware of the various products available so you can better educate your buyers and overcome challenges with down payment.
Both sessions will cover down payment information on City Programs, State Programs, Other Programs and we'll hear from Maria Davila-Martinez from the City of Madison about the current state of housing in Dane County. You won't want to miss this opportunity to be current with your knowledge and an expert in your field!
The event is hybrid (virtual and in person as RASCW Office).
Registration opens at 12:30pm, program to start at 1:00am
Registration closes February 21st at 8am. You can register day off for in person attendees ONLY, with registration fee of $15.
